Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with logistics tracking information.

2. Delivery range

We currently support delivery to most areas in Canada. Some remote or special addresses may not be delivered. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate a solution.

3. Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 7-15 working days (may vary depending on the region).

Please note: Due to holidays, weather, customs inspections or force majeure, the actual delivery time may be slightly delayed. Please understand.

4. Delivery fee

Free shipping for orders over a certain amount (the specific amount can be adjusted according to the activity strategy)

For orders that do not meet the free shipping standard, the system will automatically calculate the delivery fee on the checkout page.

5. Logistics Tracking

After delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the logistics status on the designated logistics platform.

6. Receiving Instructions

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact information you fill in are accurate to ensure smooth delivery of the package.

7. Abnormalities and Problems

If the package you received is damaged, the product is missing, etc., please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and attach relevant photos. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.
